Construction Commences at The Flaxby Country Resort

Principal International is delighted to advise that the developer has commenced work on the road improvement scheme that forms part of the planning conditions for The Flaxby Country Resort.

As the works progress, this will allow construction to start on the main site.

The contractors K Rouse arrived on-site on the 28th May 2013 and have made excellent progress over the last week.

The pictures below show the works on the £4m roundabout and road improvements to the A59, as well as ground preparation on the actual hotel site and access roads.
