Construction Continues to Progress Well at Appleton Point

Construction of the excellent new student development Appleton Point continues to progress well.

Further to our last update, clearing of the site started in June and has now been completed. Piling works for the building's foundations commenced on time during the first week of July with completion on-schedule for August 2014.

Appleton Point offers investors a 9% NET rental return assured for 5 years, with studios competitively priced for the local market at £51,000.

The student accommodation is situated in an ideal location less than 1 mile from both Bradford College and the University of Bradford.
