Bradford has a large number of international students; approximately 25% of the local student population are from overseas, representing 110 countries. They have a strong tradition of welcoming international students with a dedicated International Centre offering specialist advice and assistance to their overseas students from application to graduation. Mr Mahmood of Bradford College International Centre commented that Bradford College is proud of providing an "excellent learning experience" for their international students, not only in their academic studies, but also in enabling students to experience the friendly environment of the college and combining students of diverse nationalities and cultures.
Overseas students have a higher expectation of their accommodation and in Principal International's experience; they have a preference for self contained purpose built student accommodation.
