Work Commences on the JQ Hotel Birmingham

Principal International are delighted to advise that work has commenced on the site of the JQ Hotel Birmingham on Tuesday 7th May.

4* Macdonald Hotel in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter

This 4* hotel in Birmingham will be managed by Macdonald Hotels & Resorts and will incorporate 82 bedrooms in addition to four meeting rooms, a restaurant and bar.

The Jewellery Quarter where the hotel is located has seen significant investment and further plans for the development of the area include, the extension of Birmingham New Street Station and a high-speed London to Birmingham rail link will enhance the Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham.

Hotel Property Investment with Finance

Investors in this project will receive a minimum rental return of 8% net and units are priced competitively at just £89,950 with non status finance available.
