TLC Care Homes Announce New Operators for Calderdale House

The developers of the Calderdale House care home investment have announced the new operators for the nursing home investment project.

In a new press release, director of TLC Care Homes, Terry Chamberlain, explained the reasons behind the selection of Beaufort Hall Residential Care as the operators for the project, highlighting to the experience the company has in managing high dependency units, specialist dementia units and care homes over the past 20 years.

TLC are pleased to announce that, after extensive research and negotiations, agreement has been reached and contracts were signed on January 20th for the highly experienced care home operator BEAUFORT HALL RESIDENTIAL CARE to enhance and secure the ongoing successful operation of Calderdale House.

With the excellent news that approval has been granted for the addition of 16 HIGH DEPENDENCY UNITS and with Elements Construction taking on greater involvement in the project, it was agreed that an experienced specialist operator would be required to accommodate for the specialist needs of Calderdale House.

Beaufort Hall have been operating and managing care homes in the south of England and Wales for over thirty years. They have vast specialist experience managing residences containing High Dependency and Dementia units, working closely with doctors, district nurses, hospitals, palliative care teams and local authorities – the perfect marriage for the operation for Calderdale House.

Jonathon Beacham, who has been involved in the care home industry since 1995 and has gained vast experience and qualifications within the industry, said:-
