Why are we moving?
The team at Principal International are property investors and property developers at heart.

Our large freehold office 20 minutes outside of London has served us well over the past 15 years, but not wanting to miss an opportunity, we have secured planning permission to convert a large portion of our offices, which date back to the Victorian era, into residential apartments.

Our new offices are just a few minutes' walk away from the train station and are modern and open plan, enabling us to make huge improvements to our core business.
